What to do if all three LED lights are flashing on my Bissell SpinWave?

  If all three LED lights are flashing on your Bissell SpinWave, it could be due to a couple of reasons. One possibility is that the pads were forced to stop spinning, perhaps because of stuck debris, being compressed under furniture, or briefly stepped on. To fix this, turn the unit off or wait 10 seconds for it to turn OFF automatically, then press the ON/OFF button to restart it. Another reason could be heavy and extended use, causing the internal temperature to rise slightly above normal. In this case, press the power button once and wait for the unit to cool down and reset.

  If the spin plates on your Bissell SpinWave are not turning or are wobbling, it could be due to improper installation of the mop pads. Turn the power OFF and follow the instructions for replacing the mop pads. Another reason could be that the machine is standing upright. To resolve this, recline the machine.

Why is my Bissell SpinWave not spraying?

  If the Bissell SpinWave is not spraying, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the Clean Water Tank is filled to capacity. If it is empty, refill it. Secondly, check that the Clean Water Tank is correctly seated. If not, turn the power OFF and reseat the tank. Also, the system may need priming; hold the trigger for 10 to 15 seconds to allow the solution to reach the spray tips. Remember to hold the trigger continuously during use. Lastly, clogged spray tips can cause this issue. To resolve this, turn the power OFF and use a pin to clean the spray tip located at the front and center of the machine.
