2.8 Austausch der Leistungsregelung (Zubehör)
Zur Überprüfung kann die Spule mit Flansch bei drucklosem
Verdichter vom Zylinderkopf abmontiert werden und in folgen-
den Punkten geprüft werden:
• Elektrische Prüfung der Spule, ggf. Austausch.
• Prüfung der Gaskanäle auf Verstopfung, ggf. Reinigung.
• Steuerkolben im Zylinderkopf muß sich manuell bewegen
lassen und durch Federkraft in Ausgangsstellung zurück-
gehen. Im Regelfall empfiehlt sich bei einem Defekt ein
kompletter Austausch des Zylinderkopfes.
Bei nachträglicher Montage muß beachtet werden, daß der
Zylinderkopf mit der Leistungsregelung auf den – von der
Antriebsseite her gesehen – rechten Zylindern sitzt (siehe
auch Abb. 5).
2.8 Exchanging the capacity control (accessory)
The coil and flange can be removed from a pressure free
compressor and checked as follows:
• Electrical check of the coil, exchange if necessary.
• Check the gas ports for blockages, clean if necessary.
• The control piston in the cylinder head must be free to be
moved by hand and must return to the original position by
the spring pressure. In case of a defect it is usually recom-
mended to replace the complete cylinder head.
When retrofitting a cylinder head with capacity control it
should be observed that this is positioned on the right hand
cylinders, seen from the drive side (see also Fig. 5).
