To perform a ping test on your BIXOLON printer: 1. Turn off the printer. 2. Open the Windows Start menu, select “Run”, and type “cmd”. 3. Enter “ARP –d” to delete the ARP table. 4. Enter “ping {printer IP}”. 5. Enter “ARP –d, ping {IP address}”.
