The included feet MUST be used when griddle is in the
tabletop configuration.

The insulating jacket must be permanently secured to
cabinet.
DO NOT operate this appliance any closer than 36 in (1 m) from the
sides and back of the appliance to combustible construction.

Push the 18P male and female connector together.

Depress the yellow clip to lock the connector.
❸❸
Push the 3P male and female connector together.
Note: the PCB box must be permanently attached to the cabinet.
STEP 15
Proceed to USING YOUR BLACKSTONE.
STEP 14
Remove the self-tapping screw from the griddle body and
use it to attach the match holder.
Grease cup liner required for use.
