• If your cabinet/ structure has external or internal combustible
components (wood, plastic, etc.) your griddle MUST use an insu-
lating jacket.
• If installed under overhead combustible construction, the appliance
MUST be installed in conjunction with a suitable Ul710 or UlC S646
approved heavy duty vent hood only.
BUILTIN INSTALLATION

the sides and back of the appliance to vertical combustible construc-
