that you want to receive email messages from.
• If your device uses a software token to connect to a Wi-Fi® network or to log in to a VPN and you reset your device, connect to the Wi-
Fi network or log in to the VPN again.
• Verify that your device is not blocking messages. For more information, contact your administrator.

• Verify that wireless email reconciliation is turned on.
• If your email message folders do not appear on your BlackBerry® device, reconcile your email messages using the email settings tool
