B. Fuel OFF
C. Ignition OFF
D. GEN/BATT OFF
NOTE:
If no suitable level landing area can be found, an up -hill landing should be
perfo rmed if possible.
3.3.3 Gliding
(1) Flaps UP
(2) Airspeed (at 472 kg) 120 km/h
(3) Glide Ratio 11:1
Example: For every 1,000 ft of altitude the aircraft can
move forward 15,000 ft or 2.8 NM (4.5km).
3.3.4 Landing Gear Failure
(1) Circuit Breaker CHECK, Reset if Tripped
(2) Airspeed Max. 120 km /h
(3) Landing Gear Lever DOW N
(4) Landing Gear Lights CHECK 3 Green
(5) If the landing gear does not go down due to electrical
issue:
A. Airspeed Max. 120 km/h
B. Actuate individually each em ergency gear
extension handle until their stops to ensure the
gear is down and locked
C. Follow the normal landi ng procedure
D. Airspeed Max. 150 km/h
(6) If the landing gear does not go down due to mechanical
issue:
A. Airspeed Max. 120 km/h
B. Landing gear full UP
C. Flaps -> full UP
D. Follow em ergency landing procedure
