Phone book menu
The phone book menu can be used to save,
alter, delete and easily retrieve saved tele-
phone numbers.
The entries are saved in the telephone mem-
ory bank or on the SIM card and can be re-
trieved for speed-dialling.
The telephone can save up to 25 entries.
The number of entries which can be saved
on the SIM card depends on the type of card
used.
Access the phone book menu as follows:
• Press
/ to select “phone book”.
• Press OK.

A maximum of four menu items will appear
in the display. Use / to select any of the
menu items.
Return to the phone book (from any menu
item):
• Press CL.
How to enter a name/text
Using the numbers keys you can enter
names or texts in various menus.
You cannot make an entry unless a specific
request that you do so appears in the dis-
play.
Names can have a maximum of 16 and texts
for short messages a maximum of 160 char-
acters.
Start the entry
• Press the key for the first character as
often as necessary.
Enter all of the characters for a new name.
/ Select function
<< / >> Adjust setting
Adjust:
Press << / >> to adjust the setting in the dis-
play and press OK to confirm your change.
Cancel:
• Press CL and any changes made will
not be saved.
Save/confirm:
• Press OK.
End DSC:
• Press CL.
