First use
Switching on/off
The IVTV-05 is connected to the vehicle's battery and the vehicle ignition (see
the installation instructions).
1. To turn the IVTV-05 on or off, press the Power On/Off button.
E The IVTV-05 is switched on or off.
Default Settings
After installing the IVTV-05 and switching it on for the first time, additional menus
for selecting the language, the TV format and starting the station seek tuning
are displayed.
1. Press the O or P button repeatedly until the desired language is displayed and press
the OK button.
E The TV Format menu is displayed.
2. Select the TV format corresponding to the attached monitor (4:3 or 16:9). For this pur-
pose, press the O or P button repeatedly until the desired TV format is displayed.
E The configurations are adopted and the automatic station seek tuning is started. After
the station seek tuning finishes, the first station of the list is displayed. You can repeat
the station seek tuning at any time; for this purpose, please read the section "Tuning
into a station".
