Using the phrase book
If you travel to a different country, the phrase book
supports you with common phrases and sentenc-
es about many topics, such as restaurants or ho-
tels.
Touch the symbol.
The Topic Selection menu is dis-
played.
The initial language used is the language se-
lected in the settings (ch. "Performing basic
settings").
Touch the Language button if you want to
change the initial or target language.
Touch the button to scroll through
this menu.
Touch one of the symbols to select a topic.
The Subtopics menu is displayed.
Touch an entry to select a subtopic.
The Phrases menu is displayed.
You can transfer an idiomatic expression to
the user topic by clicking on the icon in the
list.
The user topic is called up on the last page in
the Topic Selection menu.
Voice recorder
Voice can be recorded on a memory card and
played back. The duration of the recording is de-
termined by the memory capacity of the memory
card.
Insert the memory card in the device (ch.
"Data transfer").
Touch the symbol.
The Voice Recorder menu is dis-
played.

Blocking recordings
If you want to delete the entire list of recordings,
except for a few, you can block one or several re-
cordings. A blocked recording cannot be deleted
or renamed.
