Problem Cause Solution
The multimedia application
does not play some or all media
fi les on my memory card.
The media fi les on the memory
card are stored in the wrong fi le
format.
Copy music fi les using the for-
mats MP3 and WMA for music,
JPG and BMP for images, to the
memory card.
The memory card was format-
ted using the wrong fi le system.
Format the memory card with
the fi le system FAT16 or FAT32.
