  If the motor of your Blendtec Blender isn't rotating, start by checking if the main power switch on the lower front part is turned on. Also, verify that the power switch of the fuse box in your house or store is on. Try pulling out the power cord and plugging it back into the outlet. Ensure that the LCD screen is displaying light. If none of these steps work, the issue might be with the microprocessor, and you should have your product fixed.

Alternatively, remove about 2oz of ice or add 1oz of liquid. By reducing the amount of ice or adding more liquid, you can reduce the proportion for the instant cooling process, which will help in mixing the contents smoothly.
