Usage Features:

  • Power Button: Turns on the device.
  • Battery LED: Indicates battery status. Red when charging, off when fully charged, and blinks red at 1-second intervals for battery problems (e.g., too hot or cold).
  • Light Sensor: Automatically adjusts screen brightness and camera exposure based on ambient light.
  • Audio Jack: Connects to 3.5 mm adapter for headphones or computer speakers.

Maintenance Features:

  • Battery Care:
    • Ensure proper connection of charging cable and device.
    • Replace dead or defective batteries (warranty period for battery replacement is six months).
    • If the battery life shortens due to extensive use of power-intensive features (e.g., wireless LAN, Bluetooth), replace the battery.
    • If the device gets wet, turn it off, remove the battery, and place both in a dry place to dry completely before turning back on.
    • For long-term storage, remove the battery, keep it in a dry, cool place, and charge it at least once a year to prevent malfunction.
  • Troubleshooting:
    • If the device gets too hot, it is normal during poor signal reception, intense workload, or charging. It should cool down with disuse. If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer.
  • Repair Service:
    • Contact a local sales representative or send the device to Bluebird's Korean headquarters.
    • Prepay shipping fees when sending for repair; Bluebird covers return shipping.
    • Backup data before sending for service, as Bluebird is not responsible for data loss.
    • If purchased from a non-Bluebird party or unauthorized reseller, register the product first.
    • Enclose proof of purchase, name, telephone number, address, and problem details for prompt service.
    • Service is available through authorized Bluebird dealers or the Customer Service Center.
    • The Customer Service Center operates Monday to Friday, 9:30 A.M. - 6:30 P.M. (GMT+9), and is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Korean national holidays.
  • Warranty:
    • Bluebird provides a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
    • Accessories like batteries are covered only if they match the sales list managed by the Customer Service Center.
    • Repairs or exchanges for batteries not matching the sales list due to customer carelessness will be charged.
    • Bluebird will repair or replace defective products within the warranty period. If not repairable, a refund will be issued.
    • Bluebird assumes no responsibility until the defective product is received.
    • Replacement products will be equivalent to new in performance and may contain recycled components.
    • Software warranty applies only when programming commands are not executed; Bluebird does not guarantee interruption-free or error-free performance.
    • No refunds are offered for intentionally damaged products, products with damaged seals, products damaged due to natural disaster or customer carelessness, loss of product or components, or DOA (Dead on Arrival) if not reported within 30 days of purchase.
  • FCC Compliance:
    • The device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules, designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference.
    • Users are encouraged to reorient or relocate the receiving antenna, increase separation between equipment and receiver, or connect equipment to a different circuit if interference occurs.
