    • R
      robertscraigJul 27, 2025
If your Bluerock Tools Flashlight isn't getting power, the issue might be that it's not properly plugged in or there's a problem with the power circuit. Check and repair the circuit. Also, the fuse might be burned, in which case you should replace it. Finally, examine the wires in the control panel, plug, or switch for disconnections or damage; fix any disconnected wires or replace the control panel components as needed.

Why the steel plate can’t be cut through with Bluerock Tools CG-30 Flashlight?
    • R
      Robert SandersAug 1, 2025
If your Bluerock Tools Flashlight isn't cutting through the steel plate, several factors could be at play. The torch cutting-tip might be too small, so choose the correct cutting tip size according to the cutting thickness. The flame frequency might not be strong enough, so increase it properly. Low pressure for cutting oxygen can also be a culprit; increase the cutting oxygen to ensure sufficient flow. Additionally, the hole channel of the cutting mouth may be jammed; clean it with a cutting pin. Ensure you are using oxygen with more than 95% purity. Finally, check if the cutting oxygen leaked into the preheating oxygen hole channel; if so, clean the cutting mouth and torch, repair any damaged surfaces, and replace the cutting mouth if necessary.

Why is the cutting not straight enough with Bluerock Tools CG-30?
    • A
      Amy KingAug 6, 2025
If the cutting isn't straight enough with your Bluerock Tools Flashlight, it could be due to several reasons. The steel plate might be deformed, so use a flat steel plate and calibrate it before cutting. The flame line may not be straight; ensure the torch has a 90-degree angle with the steel plate and is tightly fixed, and clean the cutting mouth with a cutting pin. An uneven guide channel could also be the problem; calibrate the machine's guide. Lastly, check if the torch is poorly fixed and can move; if so, tighten all connections.

What to do if Bluerock Tools CG-30 Flashlight flame goes out when oxygen valve is opened?
    • T
      Tara MedinaAug 11, 2025
If the flame goes out as soon as you open the oxygen valve on your Bluerock Tools Flashlight, it could be due to a few reasons. The cutting oxygen might be leaking into the preheating oxygen area, so softly grind the most inner part of the torch holder with sandpaper to clean out any debris or damage. Also, there might be copper stain or useless materials on the inner part of the torch, in that case softly grind the smaller surface of the cutting mouth and change it if it is seriously damaged.

How to fix gas leak in Bluerock Tools CG-30?
    • M
      michaelbaileyAug 16, 2025
If you notice a gas leak or flame in the joint of the torch and cutting tip of your Bluerock Tools Flashlight, the torch holder inlet might be damaged. Softly grind the torch cone with small sandpaper to clean out any burrs. Also, there might be copper burr or materials on the surface of the torch tip. Clean the material on the cutting tip and softly grind the surface with small sandpaper. If the cutting tip is badly damaged, replace it.
