The cushion is
misplaced on the
cushion frame.
Check insertion of the
cushion and reinsert
correctly according to the

“Reassembling the Mask”
section.
Mask is too noisy.

Vents are blocked or
partially blocked.
Clean the vents according
to the instructions in
“Cleaning the Mask at
Home” section.
