Open cap 2 of the coolant ex-
pansion tank and top up the
coolant to the specified level.
Check coolant level ( 107).
Close the cap of the coolant
expansion tank.
Lay the cover in position and
install screw 1.
Install footrest plate 1.
Tyres
Checking tyre pressure
WARNING
Incorrect tyre pressure.
Impaired handling characteristics
of the Scooter. Impaired control
response of the ASC and more
rapid tyre wear.
Always check that the tyre
pressures are correct.
WARNING
Tendency of valve inserts
installed vertically to open
by themselves at high riding
speeds
Sudden loss of tyre pressure
Install valve caps fitted with
rubber sealing rings and tighten
firmly.
Make sure the ground is level
and firm and place the Maxi-
Scooter on its stand.
