First place the motorcycle on the
rear wheel stand, then raise it
with the front wheel stand.
Place motorcycle on a front
wheel stand; BMW Motorrad
recommends BMW Motorrad
front wheel stand.
Install rear-wheel stand ( 70).
Use basic stand with the
mounting pieces. The basic
stand and its accessories
are available through your
authorized BMW Motorrad
retailer.
Insert the mounting pins 1 at
the left and right into the front
suspension.
Turn in the bracket 1 with the
long sides facing the inside.
Adjust the mounting pieces 2
to the width of the pins in-
serted into the front suspen-
sion.
Adjust height of front wheel
stand until front wheel can be
turned freely.
