To avoid the premature detection
of a completed lap due to inter-
ference signals, a minimum lap
time can be specified. Signals
received before this time expires
are then ignored.
Interrupting time entry
To interrupt time entry, press
and hold button 1.
To continue time entry, press
and hold button 1 again.
NOTICE
If additional laps are recorded at
a later time, the numbering of
the laps is continued. Only after
the current recording has been
deleted in RACE INFO mode
does counting begin at lap 1
again.
Fastest lap anticipated
This function needs to be acti-
vated in SETUP RACETRACK (see
chapter SETUP MENU).
When you start a new lap, your
intermediate times are taken
once a defined distance has
been covered and compared with
the corresponding intermediate
times of the best lap stored in
memory.
The distance covered for
the intermediate time
328.1 ft (100 m)
If your intermediate times show
that you are faster than on your
previous best lap, the processor
anticipates that this lap will be
your new best time. The lamp
for the fastest lap 1 lights up.
