Q：Video or audio can not be played ? or no sound for
vides?
A: Please long press”OK” button to enter menu, and turn on”
record with sound” to on. It is recommended to play back
video on the VLC media player or Quick Time Player.

10. TROUBLESHOOTING
BOBLOV
The device is unable to boot and buttons do not work
1. Please connect the device to a power supply and press
the power button to see if it can be powered on.
2. Charge the device for 5 hours and see if can solve the
problem.
3. Pleasecheck if the charger and connection cable are
normal.
4. Pleasereset the device by pressing reset button and
check whether the problem is solved.
5. If the problem can not be solved, please contact the
seller or BOBLOV after sales team.
