7. Electrical and Compressed Air Connections
All work involving the electrical connections must be carried out by qualified personnel!
Earthing the machine is mandatory.
The electrical connection is made according to the wiring diagram in the control cabinet.
Electrical data: 400 – 480V, 50 - 60Hz, 3L+PE / 16A
The Sedimentor 2.4 has a frequency-controlled drive. In order for this to function properly, a residual current circuit
breaker, all-sensitive, type B, must be provided in the customer's supply line.
The compressed air connection is made at the maintenance unit (pos. 16) by means of compressed air hose Ø 20/13 mm,
maximum length 5 m.
Set the pressure reducer of the maintenance unit to 6 bar.
In order to be able to disconnect the system from the compressed air supply at any time, a shut-off valve must be
provided by the customer.
A water connection near the sedimentor is recommended. This is helpful when filling the sedimentor and when
filling up lost water.
