CHARGING STEPS
STEP 1: DIAGNOSIS (Check if baery has connected with the charger and also check baery voltage.)
STEP 2: DESULPHATION (If baery voltage is too low, programs automacally generate pulsing current to remove sulphate.)
STEP 3: ANALYSE (Check if the baery voltage reaches the threshold aer desulphaon, and charging begins if the baery voltage is OK.)
STEP 4: SOFT START (Charge with echelon constant current.)
STEP 5: BULK (Charge with constant maximum current unl baery voltage is reached to the threshold.)
STEP 6: ABSORPTION (Provide gradually declining current charge for maximum baery voltage.)
STEP 7: ANALYSE (Test if the baery can hold charge.)
STEP 8: MAINTENANCE (Connuously monitor the baery, and charging current will intelligently adapt to the variable baery voltage.)
NOTICE: Aer full charging cycle, use this baery to start the vehicle’s engine. If engine cannot be acvated (exclude the problem of vehicle itself), it indicates
this baery has declined storage capacity and need to be replaced.
ERROR INDICATION
When ERROR light is on, it means the charger detects an invisible fault. Therefore, the user should solve the fault before use. If the user cannot solve the
problem, consult an authorised service agent.
CODE ERROR SOLUTION
E01 Charger overheang The charger will automacally suspend the charge and send out a warning sound, at this me the user
does not have to cut o the power and wait for the charger to recharge when the charger is cooled
E02 Poor contact of baery or baery
pole leads to bad contact
Reconnect the baery or clean the baery pole
E03 Charging mode and baery
voltage mismatch
Charging the 12V baery in the 6V mode will cause mismatch. The charger will send out a warning
sound, at this me the user needs to cut o the power and reselect the mode.
E04 Baery can not store electricity The baery has been damaged and the charger can't repair the baery.
E05 The baery is seriously vulcanized
and cannot be repaired
The baery has been damaged and the charger can't repair the baery.
E06 Reverse connecon Disconnect and re-connect
ENVIRONMENTAL DISPOSAL
In order to avoid damages on transportaon, the device has to be delivered in solid packaging. Packaging as well as the unit and accessories are made of
recyclable materials and can be disposed accordingly. The device's plascs components are marked according to their material, which makes it possible to
remove environmental friendly and dierenated because of available collecon facilies.
Only for EU countries
Do not dispose of electric devices together with household waste material!
In observance of European Direcve 2002/96/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its implementaon in accordance with
naonal law, electric devices that have reached the end of their life must be collected separately and returned to an environmentally
compable recycling facility.
