CHARGING STEPS
STEP 1: DIAGNOSIS (Check if baery has connected with the charger and also check baery voltage.)
STEP 2: DESULPHATION (If baery voltage is too low, programs automacally generate pulsing current to remove sulphate.)
STEP 3: ANALYSE (Check if the baery voltage reaches the threshold aer desulphaon, and charging begins if the baery voltage is OK.)
STEP 4: SOFT START (Charge with echelon constant current.)
STEP 5: BULK (Charge with constant maximum current unl baery voltage is reached to the threshold.)
STEP 6: ABSORPTION (Provide gradually declining current charge for maximum baery voltage.)
STEP 7: ANALYSE (Test if the baery can hold charge.)
STEP 8: MAINTENANCE (Connuously monitor the baery, and charging current will intelligently adapt to the variable baery voltage.)
NOTICE: Aer full charging cycle, use this baery to start the vehicle’s engine. If engine cannot be acvated (exclude the problem of vehicle itself), it indicates
this baery has declined storage capacity and need to be replaced.
ERROR INDICATION
When ERROR light is on, it means the charger detects an invisible fault. Therefore, the user should solve the fault before use. If the user cannot solve the
problem, consult an authorised service agent.
CODE ERROR SOLUTION
E01 Charger overheang The charger will automacally suspend the charge and send out a warning sound, at this me the user
does not have to cut o the power and wait for the charger to recharge when the charger is cooled
E02 Poor contact of baery or baery
pole leads to bad contact
Reconnect the baery or clean the baery pole
E03 Charging mode and baery
voltage mismatch
Charging the 12V baery in the 6V mode will cause mismatch. The charger will send out a warning
sound, at this me the user needs to cut o the power and reselect the mode.
E04 Baery can not store electricity The baery has been damaged and the charger can't repair the baery.
E05 The baery is seriously vulcanized
and cannot be repaired
The baery has been damaged and the charger can't repair the baery.
E06 Reverse connecon Disconnect and re-connect
