establish air currentsupwardthrough the hood.Thuswhenheat, smoke,mois-
ture, grease and cooking odors are produced, they will be carriedoutside instead
of drifting into otherrooms. Use the lowspeeds for normal use andthe higher
speeds forstrongodors or fumes.
