5.2.6 Hardware reset
Hardware reset allows to restart the communication module.
To perform a hardware reset, it is necessary to:
▶ Press the reset button for one second with a pointed object.
Your individual settings will not be deleted during hardware
resetting.

LED display Status Procedures
Bright red Connection error. In case of missing WLAN connection:
• Check wireless router. The router is not in range
or turned off.
• Reset WLAN connection if necessary
(Chapter 5.2.4, page 39)

If the
re is no LAN connection:
• Check LAN cable connection.
Flashing red Connection to the network but no
connection to the Internet.
In case of no Internet connection:
• Check your router configuration.
Flashing red (5 x) Connection to the WLAN deleted or failed. In case of connection WLAN deleted or failed:
• The product is back into hotspot mode.
Bright yellow Hotspot mode active, ready to connect to
WLAN.

HomeCom Easy app.
Yellow/ green alternately WPS mode is active. –
Flashing yellow Connection to hotspot is established. Follow the instructions in the HomeCom Easy app.
Flashing green Connection to the router is established. The product is connecting to the HomeCom Easy app.
Bright green Connection to the server is established. A connection to the server is going to be established.
LED off Communication module active and switched
in power-saving mode.
The product is switched off.
In case of LED is off:
• Press briefly the connect button.
• Check the current device status with the help of
the LED.
