Usage Features
The washing machine offers a range of programs and adjustable settings:
Programs:
- Bomull (Cotton): For hard-wearing cotton, linen, or blended fabrics, with settings up to 90 °C and 1200 rpm. Also suitable as a short program with Speed Perfect activated.
- Eco 40-60: Washes cotton, linen, or blended fabrics at 40-60 °C, with automatic temperature adjustment for optimal energy efficiency and washing results. Max 1200 rpm.
- Syntet (Easy Care): For synthetic or blended fabrics, with settings up to 60 °C and 1200 rpm.
- Mix: For cotton, linen, synthetic, or blended fabrics, suitable for lightly soiled laundry. Max 40 °C, 1200 rpm.
- Fintvätt / Silke (Delicate/Silk): For delicate silk, viscose, and synthetic fabrics. Max 40 °C, 800 rpm.
- Ylle / Handtvätt (Wool): For hand- or machine-washable wool items, with gentle drum movements to prevent shrinking. Max 40 °C, 800 rpm.
- Sköljning (Rinse): Rinses and spins laundry, then drains water. Max 1200 rpm.
- Centrifugering / Urpumpning (Spin/Drain): Spins laundry and drains water. Option to only drain water by activating Ø. Max 1200 rpm.
- Hygien Plus (Hygiene): For hard-wearing cotton, linen, or blended fabrics, suitable for allergy sufferers and strict hygiene requirements. Maintains set temperature throughout the wash. Max 60 °C, 1200 rpm.
- Sport (Sport/Fitness): For synthetic fibers, microfibre, or fleece sports items.

- Mörk tvätt (Dark Wash): For dark-colored and color-intense items like jeans. Max 40 °C, 1200 rpm.
- Trumrengöring (Drum Clean): Program for cleaning and caring for the drum.
- Snabb 15'/30' (Super 15'/30'): Short program for small items of lightly soiled cotton, synthetic, or blended fabrics. Duration approx. 30 minutes, can be reduced to 15 minutes with Speed Perfect. Max 40 °C, 1200 rpm.
Buttons and Settings:
- ▷00 (Start/Reload): Starts, cancels, or pauses the program.
- =0 (Speed Perfect): Activates or deactivates a shorter program duration, increasing energy consumption.
- (Stains): Multiple selection for different stain types (Blood, Grass, Red wine, Cooking fat/cooking oil), adjusting temperature, drum movement, and soaking time.
- (Ready in): Sets the program end time up to 24 hours.
- (Temperature): Adjusts the washing temperature (e.g., *-90 for cold to 90 °C).
- G (Spin speed): Adjusts spin speed (e.g., Ø - 1200 rpm) or deactivates the spin cycle (Ø).
- 3 sek. (Child Lock 3 sec.): Activates or deactivates the childproof lock.
- 山 (Prewash): Activates or deactivates prewash for heavily soiled laundry. Detergent for prewash goes into compartment I.
- (Water & Rinse Plus): Activates or deactivates a washing program with more water and an additional rinse cycle, recommended for sensitive skin or very soft water.
- (Easy Iron): Activates or deactivates the reduced creasing program, adapting spin cycle and speed. Laundry will have higher residual moisture.
Detergent Drawer:
The detergent drawer has four compartments:
- Measuring aid for liquid detergent: Used for precise dosing of liquid detergent.
- Dispenser II: For main wash detergent.
- Compartment : For fabric softener.
- Compartment I: For prewash detergent.
Maintenance Features
Regular cleaning and servicing are crucial for the appliance's longevity and efficient operation.
Cleaning the Drum:
- Regularly run the "Trumrengöring" (Drum Clean) program, especially if washing frequently at 40 °C or lower, or after prolonged non-use.
- Use washing powder containing oxygen bleach or a cleaning agent for drum care.
- Leave the appliance door open after each use to allow the drum to dry and prevent odors.
Cleaning the Detergent Drawer:
- The detergent drawer can be easily removed for cleaning.
- Press down on the insert and pull out the drawer.
- Clean the drawer and its insert with water and a brush, then dry thoroughly.
- Clean the opening for the detergent drawer.
Cleaning the Drain Pump:
- The drain pump should be cleaned regularly (at least once a year) and in case of faults like blockages or rattling noises.
- To empty the drain pump:
- Turn off the tap and switch off the appliance.
- Disconnect the mains plug.
- Open the maintenance flap.
- Place a container under the opening to collect residual water.
- Remove the drain hose from its holder, remove the sealing cap, and drain the water.
- Carefully unscrew the pump cap to remove the filter insert.
- Clean the interior, pump cap, and pump housing. Ensure the impeller can rotate freely.
- Reassemble the pump cap, ensuring it is screwed in all the way and the handle is vertical.
- Close the maintenance flap.
- After cleaning the drain pump, pour 1 liter of water into compartment II and run a suitable draining program to prevent unused detergent from flowing into the outlet during the next wash.
General Cleaning:
- Clean the appliance surfaces with water and a soft, damp cloth.
- Immediately remove any detergent, spray, or other residues that come into contact with the appliance.
- Do not use harsh, abrasive, or alcohol-based detergents, or hard scouring pads/sponges.
- Do not use steam or high-pressure cleaners.
Troubleshooting:
The manual provides a comprehensive troubleshooting guide for common issues, including:
- Display errors (e.g., "E:30 / -80" for blocked drain, "H:32" for unbalanced load, "E:30 / -10" for low water pressure).
- Program not starting.
- Door not opening.
- Water not draining or filling.
