DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
8. SMPS PCB Removal
8.1 Perform procedure 7
8.2 Disconnect the various wiring harnesses.
8.3 Remove the two circuit breaker wires and
the circuit breaker to access the screw below as
indicated by an arrow in Figure 18.
8.4 Remove the 9 screws and two standoffs that
retain the SMPS PCB to the aluminum heatsink
as shown in Figure 19. Lift off the PCB assembly.
8.5 Note the locations of the heatsink pads in
Figure 20. Re-use them if you can. If you cannot,
there are service part numbers for these items
listed in the main parts list.
9. Amplifi er PCB Removal
9.1 Perform procedure 7.
9.2 Disconnect the various wiring harnesses
from the PCB assembly.
9.3 Remove the thirteen screws and two
standoffs that secure the Amplifi er PCB to the
aluminum heatsink as indicated in Figure 21.
9.4 Lift off the amplifi er PCB assembly.
