All recommendations concerning maintenance are minimum
requirements and refer to a one-shift operation!
11.1 Operation and Maintenance Summary
Turn on steam supply
Turn on room ventilation system
Run multi-maintenance program P49
Drain water from compressed air armature
Turn on cooling water supply
Clean the sprayer dirt strainers and
spray nozzles
Turn on compressed air supply
Check limit switch function
Turn on machine main switch
Start deodorizing program P43, press "STOP"
button when program ends and
signal sounds.
Monthly:
Execute multi-maintenance program P50
Check solvent levels in the tanks
Clean strainers in water and steam feeders
Turn off machine main switch
Check post-filter, clean
Turn off cooling water supply
Vacuum pump’s operating material tank
empty, clean and refill
Turn off compressed air supply to compressor
Turn off room ventilation system or switch to
night operation
Have the flash point of the solvent checked
Inspection and maintenance work:
Check air cooler, clean
Daily:(before starting the first cycle)
Check machine for leaks
Retighten screwed unions
Check solvent safety trough for solvent
Check V-belt tension, re-tension
Clean button trap strainer and lint filter (see
11.5.1)
Dispose of process water in accordance with
the regulations that apply in your country!
Machine inspection (according to BGR 500
chapter 2.14)
Check the liquid level of the cleaning agent
container
Remove filter discs and clean in the
machine (program P6)
Machine is ready for operation
Check back wall of cage, clean
Daily: (after the last cycle)
Execute distillation maintenance program P45
Attention:
Immediately close the loading door
and maintenance openings again.
(Alternatively start with 15 E during the last
charge)
Use only lithium-based lubricating
greases, such as.
- ALVANIA 3 (SHELL) - MARSON L2 (FINA)
- BEACON 2 (ESSO) - LGMT 3 (SKF)
