Position speakers for background audio, avoiding corners for emphasized low frequencies.
Locate stereo speakers between 3m-5m apart and similar distance in front of listening area.
Position front/centre speakers near screen, surrounds behind listening position.
Mark and cut the ceiling aperture, and route speaker cable through it.
Connect speaker cable to terminals and insert/secure speaker using dog clamps.
Align and attach the magnetic grille to the speaker frame.
Attach straps to moulding, secure to studwork, and use moulding as a cut guide for sheetrock.
Fit back-box to studs, seal cable glands, and seal flanges after sheetrock installation.
