  To sync workout results with a Bluetooth-enabled device on your Bowflex Elliptical Trainer: * Ensure the machine is in Idle Mode by pushing the PAUSE/STOP button until the "GET READY" screen appears. * The workout must be longer than 1 minute to be saved and posted. * Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet for 5 minutes, then reconnect it. * Make sure that the Bluetooth wireless feature is enabled on your device. * Check the Fitness App specifications to confirm your device is compatible.

  If the console of your Bowflex Elliptical Trainer shuts off during use, check the following: 1. Ensure the unit is plugged into a functioning wall outlet. 2. Verify the connection is secure and undamaged; replace the adapter or connection at the unit if damaged. 3. Confirm all wires in the cable are intact; replace the cable if any are cut or crimped. 4. Make sure the cable is securely connected and properly oriented, with the small latch on the connector lined up and snapped into place. 5. Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet for 5 minutes, then reconnect it. 6. Confirm the magnet is in place on the pulley. 7. Ensure the speed sensor is aligned with the magnet and connected to the data cable. Realign the sensor if needed, and replace it if damaged.
