Step onto the foot platforms, grasp hand bars, and attach the safety key to the console for activation.
Start your workout: push START for GO Coach or hold for 2 seconds for Manual Workout mode.
Adjust belt speed and cylinder settings based on feel. Pause if too intense and adjust cylinders.
