Connect to a surge protector for optimal safety.
Contains neodymium magnets which may interfere with medical devices like pacemakers.
Adult use only. Do not allow children to operate without supervision.
Install the 4 legs to the four corners as shown. Tighten the legs by hand.
Plug the power cord into the power supply as shown.
Install three AAA batteries into the remote battery compartment.
Insert the mattress retainer into the hooks at the foot of the bed.
Push the DIP switch on the remote control to a desired position.
Verify wired connections are secure and not obstructed.
Ensure bed base is correctly connected to the power supply and outlet.
Unplug base for 1 hour to reset; follow REMOTE SETTINGS steps on page 11.
If issue persists, locate serial number and contact customer service.
