What to do if my Bradley Bathroom Fixtures have limited water flow?
    • E
      evan99Aug 11, 2025
If you're experiencing limited water flow with your Bradley Bathroom Fixtures, it could be due to dirt and debris buildup in the valve or strainer. First, ensure both hot and cold water supplies are connected to the Navigator mixing valve and have water flow. Then, remove the cover and U-clip, take out the cartridge, and clean the strainer. You can use silicone grease on the cartridge if desired, but avoid using grease on check valves.

Fluctuations in water temperature in your Bradley Bathroom Fixtures might occur if the water supply is not 10° above the desired set point. In this case, you should increase the hot water supply temperature. Another potential reason is that the temperature is not properly set. You can adjust the temperature as instructed on page 7, step 5.

What to do if Bradley Bathroom Fixtures station fails to turn on?
    • M
      Michelle BanksNov 27, 2025
If an individual operating station of your Bradley Bathroom Fixtures fails to turn on, it could be due to a failed cartridge for the valve or a loose electrical connection to the terminal. To determine the cause, test the station: 1. Disconnect the wires from the cartridge of an adjacent valve and from the problem valve, then reconnect them to the adjacent valve. 2. Turn on the electrical and water supplies. Pass your hand in front of the sensor of the problem station; the adjacent station should turn on.
