• 25-pin to 25-pin cable – (null modem cable) must have a 25-pin “D” type
(DB-25S) connector on the end that is plugged into the serial port at the computer
and a 25-pin “D” type (DB-25P) connector on the other end that is plugged into the
connector at the rear of the printer. Figure 38 shows the required cable
connections.
