Why are irregular doses delivered in Brasilia Coffee Maker?
    • J
      Jessica MillerSep 13, 2025
If your Brasilia Coffee Maker is delivering irregular doses (dosed version only), there could be a leakage in the infra-red doser, the doser’s rotor might not turn freely, the delivery solenoid valve could be leaking from the discharge, the expansion valves might be leaking during delivery, or the infusor might be operating irregularly. If there is humidity on the outside of the doser or on the diode holder flange, replace the doser. Replace the doser if the rotor doesn’t turn freely. Check and replace the delivery solenoid valve if necessary. Check the calibration and eventually the seal of the expansion valves, being careful not to fully unscrew the expansion valve regulation union with the boiler under pressure. Check and replace the infusor if necessary.

Why won't my Brasilia Coffee Maker group deliver even with boiler pressure?
    • I
      Isaiah LucasAug 25, 2025
If your Brasilia Coffee Maker's boiler reaches pressure but the group won't deliver, the control center fuses might be blown (in dosed versions), the delivery switch could be defective, or the solenoid valve might not be opening. Check and replace the fuses or delivery switch if necessary.

      Jeffrey SanchezAug 26, 2025
If a leakage occurs between the group and the filter holder during delivery with your Brasilia Coffee Maker, the underpan seal may be defective, or the edge of the filter may be irregular. Replace the seal.

Why the buzzer sounds in Brasilia Coffee Maker?
    • E
      erikwilsonSep 23, 2025
If the buzzer sounds on your Brasilia Coffee Maker, it could be due to a failed level probe, a troubleshooting issue with the electronic box, or an empty reservoir (for models not connected to the water mains). Check and replace the level probe or electronic box if necessary. If the reservoir is empty, refill it with softened water.

What to do if the water level control provides water when it should not and the level gauge light is on in Brasilia Coffee Maker?
    • F
      Frank EvansSep 13, 2025
If your Brasilia Coffee Maker's water level control is providing water when it shouldn't, and the level gauge light is on, it could be due to a broken electrical connection in the level sensor/control center or frame earthing/control center, a dirty level sensor, or a defective electronic control center. Repair the electrical connections if broken. Clean the level sensor, being careful not to unthread it from the insulator when dismantling, but remove it complete with the union. Replace the electronic control center if defective.

What to do if water level keeps rising in Brasilia Coffee Maker boiler?
    • C
      Chris AndrewsAug 31, 2025
If the water level in your Brasilia Coffee Maker's boiler continues to rise until it escapes from the safety valve, the level sensor might not be connected. There could also be a foreign body inside the water level control solenoid valve or in the seal housing, or the seal may be worn. Check and replace the level sensor if necessary. Inspect the water level control solenoid valve and seal housing for foreign bodies, and check and replace the seal if it's worn.
