A clogged drain in the Clean&Renew station can also cause this; clean it with a wooden toothpick and regularly wipe the tub clean. If the cleaning cartridge has been used for a while, the ethanol/isopropanol proportion may have decreased, while the oil proportion increased, remove residue with a cloth.
