Why is the filling process taking too long in my BRAVILOR BONAMAT Coffee Maker?

The filling process might be taking too long because the water inlet valve was open for 20 seconds without the float rising. Check if the water tap is open, if the water supply hose is kinked, the water pressure, the water flow, the inlet valve, the wiring and the float.
