1. With the product warranty, you can receive various repair services for one
year from the date purchased. However, such services may not be properly
provided if the serial number on the Product is not legible, or if such serial
number differs from the one registered on the product warranty.
(Batteries
are not applicable to such services.)
2. For any defect due to a user’s fault(e.g. use of wrong power, accidental failure,
etc.) or a repair service by a non-authorized vendor, no warranty service
can be provided.
3. Additional expense may incur for any supplementary services not specified
in the product warranty.
(e.g. delivery service, etc.)
4. For any defect due to a user’s fault or negligence, a disassembly service
by an unqualified expert, no product warranty, or a natural disaster, no
warranty service can be provided.
5. When requesting for any quality assurance service, please enclose your
product warranty. We are responsible for collecting, treating and recycling
any returned or disposed product.
6. If the Product has been used for any commercial purpose
(e.g. business
use, public utilities, etc.) other than household uses, no warranty service
can be provided.
7. For any defect due to a natural disaster
(e.g. typhoon, earthquake, flood, etc.),
no warranty service can be provided.
Note: Since quality assurance services get continuously upgraded, detailed regulations
may be subject to change without any customer notification.
Quality Assurance Conditions
With the product warranty, you can easily receive various maintenance services.
Only one warranty card is issued for each product. Therefore, you should take extra
care not to lose the card since it can be really cumbersome to reissue a new card.
