• Rotate the STRENGTH Dial to select
PRE-GROUND setting. However do not
add any coffee to the coffee basket.
• Place the carafe into position under the
drip stop outlet (Ensure the carafe is empty
and the lid is securely locked).
• Press the START | CANCEL button.
• Once the cycle is complete, discard the
water from the carafe.
4. Repeat step 3. again or until the vinegar is
gone. The machine is now ready to use.
TIP
You may choose to use a household
de-scaling agent instead of vinegar and
water. Look for one that is designed
for use with drip coffee machine and
follow the manufacturer's instructions
promptly.
