      The Breville Tea Maker goes into standby mode if not used for 3 minutes, and the LCD screen will cease to illuminate. To reactivate the Tea Maker, remove and replace the Glass Jug from the Power Base or press any button on the Power Base except the HOT WATER|Cancel or TEA|Cancel buttons. The LCD screen will then re-illuminate.
