Congratulations on your new Brewster Beacon All-In-One Brew System.
Please follow the instructions in this manual to get the best from your machine. The processes
described are general guides, as we fully understand that brew recipes and conditions vary. The
machine has been designed for you to adjust the settings to suit your own brewing requirements.
That is why we believe you will appreciate the programming functions of up to 9 mashing steps and
up to 9 hop steps and the fact that you can store up to 10 different recipe settings.

      If your Brewolution Brewing System displays 'ERR-1', this indicates a low temperature warning, because the temperature is lower than -20?. It can also mean that the sensor connector is loose. To resolve this, open the underneath and check the sensor. Re-connect it if loose.
