4. Set meter to measure AC Voltage.
Connect test leads across Wires #92 and
#93. 240 VAC Utility should be measured
(Figure 12).

If no voltage is measured, proceed to
TEST 6.
• If 240 VAC UTILITY is measured, verify
no trickle charge output is present as
described in TEST 4 - Check Trickle
Charge Voltage at Pin #1. If no trickle
charge voltage is measured, but 240
VAC Utility is present at Wires #92 and
#93, replace the system control panel.
TEST 6 - Check for 240VAC at 10 Amp Fuse
Inside Circuit Breaker Panel.
1. Make sure Utility power is turned OFF to
home generator system.
2. Set SYSTEM switch to OFF.
3. Remove the 15 Amp system control panel
fuse.
4. Remove the circuit breaker cover (Figure
13).

5. Check the two fuses located inside the
circuit breaker box (Figure 14, A).

• A blown fuse indicates a shorted circuit.
Repair any shorts and replace fuse.
• If fuse is okay, continue with Step 6.
6. Ensure the Utility power is turned ON to
the system control panel.
7. Set meter to measure AC Voltage.
8. Check for Utility voltage across the two
wires coming from Utility power. 240 VAC
Utility should be measured.
WARNING
Utility voltage is present at the system
contol panel board.
Use caution to avoid personal electrical shock
or damage to the system.
