ASSEMBLY
Slide the Handle Assembly (8) on the end of the
Axle Assembly (6).
Insert one
1/4” x 1-1/4” Hex Bolt (23)
though the hole in the end of the
Handle Assembly (8).
Secure with 1/4-20” Nylon Lock Nut (24),
as shown.

NOTE:
The wheel bar mount
on the axle assembly must
be positioned downward, as
shown, in order to properly
attach the wheels.
