5 Activating the BRITA Tap Cartridge Status
Indicator
A Push the Reset Button (see fig. 5) of the BRITA Tap Cartridge Sta-
tus Indicator for three seconds until the LED-light flashes green.
B The timer starts automatically.
6 Maintenance
Regularly check the filter system for leaks. Regularly check the
hoses for kinks. Kinked hoses must be replaced.

Prior to exchanging the filter system, read the Technical
Data (chapter 7) and Important Notes (chapter 9).
Regularly clean the outside of the filter system with a soft, damp
cloth.

Do not use any abrasive chemicals, cleaning solutions or
astringent cleaning agents.
