I Indications I Troubleshooting
1. 1 can't add the device in APP, | don't know what is the problem?
Status Indication Make sure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz and password contains no more

(5 times/sec) (waiting to be added). devices in network (no more than 15 normally including Phones. Pads,

2. | tried learning code but always failed. How can | do?
- Please refer to the instruction before learning to identify the type of your
physical remote and make correct selection.

continuously or disconnected from network remote while during RF learning you should long press the button.
Flash once IR Or RF signalis sent 3.1 can'tfind the device in Alexa and Google Home App. How can | do?
* Alexa and Google Home will recognize sub-devices (IR and RF devices)
- Reset for AP Setup not universal remote itself.
- Make sure the IR and RF devices can be controlled from external
networks in BroadLink App befare discovering in Alexa and Google
Home.
When the device is in any conditions, press and hold the reset button
using a needle for 5s until the LED flashes intermittently.
DO NOT hold longer than 10s, otherwise it will go to Smart Setup mode.
- Reset for Smart Setup 4. How to use sensor cable HTS2?
If you bought the product with sensor cable and use it with your
universal remote, the temperature and humidity data will be displayed
automatically on App after the universal remote is added.
When the device is in any conditions, press and hold the reset button
using a needle for 10s until the LED flashes quickly.

+ Please choose the proper adapter which output power is 5V DC 1A.
« For indoor use in dry environment only.
« Keep clear space with the device.
« The product hardware supports 305~335MHz and 430~440MHz but
305~335MHz is not available in some countries / regions such as United
States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and all EU countries.

Alexa/Google Home recognize sub-devices. Ensure devices work with BroadLink App first.

Using Sensor Cable HTS2

Temperature and humidity data display automatically on App after adding the universal remote.
