ISSUE SOLUTION
Bluetooth

disconnection.
Ensure your device is within 150 feet of the unit and
reconnect your device to the Grill Alert. Refer to page 14
for pairing instructions.
TROUBLESHOOTING
No sound when Alert is
activated.
Ensure your device is not set to Vibrate or Do not Disturb.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• Hand wash the probe with mild detergent and water. Do not submerge in water.
Do not machine wash.
• Wipe Grill Alert with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
• If a probe becomes damaged during use, order a replacement probe (919441) by
calling customer service at 800-846-3000.
If the Bluetooth
®
icon is gray in “SETTINGS” the Grill Alert
is paired to another device. Turn Bluetooth
®
off on the other
device and refer to page 14 for pairing instructions to your
device.
Alert does not activate.
“NONE” may be selected for Alert Type. Select “SOUND” or
“POP-UP ONLY” for alert type.
