Lift upwards
b. Align the headrest cushion and backrest, as shown, to secure the headrest
cushion with the zipper.
• Do not pull hard on the cushion when attached to the chair.
• Do not move chair using the headrest.
Open the box and remove contents.

a. Lift chair up and out of box and place chair in desired location.
