If you encounter problems while operating the Brookstone ReAct™ Massage Chair, please try
the suggestions below. If the Brookstone ReAct™ Massage Chair still isn’t operating properly,
please turn off the Main Switch of the Brookstone ReAct™ Massage Chair and remove the
power plug from the electrical outlet. Contact Brookstone Customer Service at 866-3669-
3199 for servicing.
Do not dismantle or attempt to repair the Brookstone ReAct™ Massage Chair yourself. Doing
so will void the warranty and Brookstone will not bear any responsibility for any subsequent
consequences.
TROUBLESHOOTING
• Check to make sure the power outlet is working properly
• Check to see if the power plug is inserted properly
• Check to see if the main power switch, on the back of
the chair, is in the “ON” position
• The massage chair is
connected to the power source,
but it is not functioning
• The control panel is responding,
but the massage chair is not
functioning
• Neither the control panel nor
the massage chair are working
• My massage stopped
Possible cause/action
Problem
• The massage chair may have automatically shut down
due to overheating protection devices. Please turn off
the power and allow the chair to cool for 30 to 50 minutes.
• When the program is done, the massage chair
automatically turns into “Full Stop” or “Idle” mode. Press
the power button again to awaken the chair.
• The React™ Massage Chair has an auto shut-off feature
that will turn the chair off when a program is complete.
Press the power button again to waken the chair.
