Q. My cartridge doesn’t fit the printer the same as the original.
A. Before installing your compatible cartridge, you must remove the red sealing clip by ‘snapping’ it off.
Q. I have installed my compatible cartridge correctly but the printer cannot detect it.
A. Remove the cartridge from the printer, push the reflector on the cartridge up until it clicks into position.
Reinstall the cartridge slowly.
