What to do if Brother Print Server print job is not printed?
    • W
      wolfetylerAug 1, 2025
If a print job is not printing on the Brother Print Server, first check the status and configuration of the print server. Print the Network Configuration List to ensure the IP address settings are correct for your network. Verify that the IP address is correctly loaded into the print server and that no other devices on the network are using the same IP address, as mismatched or duplicate IP addresses can cause this issue. You can also try pinging the print server from the host operating system command prompt using the command: ping ipaddress. As a last resort, reset the print server to its default factory settings and try the initial setup again.
