d Open the back cover.
HOT SURFACE
After you have just used the machine, some
internal parts of the machine will be
extremely hot. Wait for the machine to cool
down before you touch the internal parts of
the machine.
e Pull the green tabs at the left and right
hand sides toward you and fold down
the fuser cover (1).
f Using both hands, gently pull the
jammed paper out of the fuser unit.
DO NOT use a sharp object to remove
jammed paper as it may damage the
internal parts.
