Can I apply device setting changes to another printer?
Yes. Use the Device settings in the Printer Setting Tool to change settings of the first printer, and then follow the steps below to apply the changes to the second printer.
1. Disconnect the first printer from the computer.
2. Connect the second printer to the computer.
3. Select the newly connected printer from the Printer drop-down list.
4. Click the Apply button.
The same settings that were applied to the first printer are applied to the second printer.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 for all the printers whose settings you wish to change.
